ZEST Projects.... Motivate & inspire people through the arts

If this describe your group's activities then you may be able to apply for a ZEST grant.

Keeping active, meeting people, following interests and learning new skills all play an important part in feeling good and staying well.
Grants of up to £500 are available to voluntary groups in the Wakefield District whose projects enhance mental health and well being through participation in the arts.
Participants have to be over 18.

Zest Grant Deadline:
The next Deadline for ZEST Grant applications is 5th March 2010

 Some of the successful Zest grant applicants.....Crofton Art Group were awarded £300 towards the costs of a series of Watercolour workshops to enable the group to follow their aim to provide creative relaxing activity.

Group Nine were succesful in their bid for £340 to fund life drawing workshops and help attract new members
