Featherstone Library and Community Centre has a hall which seats 100 in tiered seating plus another 50 on chairs.The lighting rig has 29 assorted theatre lamps. There is a baby grand piano,sound system, TV & video and well equipped kitchen facilities with 2 serving hatches. The hall (60ft x 40ft) converts into 2 smaller rooms and tables and chairs are available. A comfortable foyer is suitable for 'front-of-house', as a meeting room and as a display area. The venue is suitable for concerts, drama productions, exhibitions, workshops,seminars, dances, meetings etc.

A royal stronghold since 1399, this ruined motte and bailey castle offers a unique setting for arts events (theatre, music etc.) and other events which will utilise its medieval character and historical links with figures like Richard II and Shakespeare.
In order to preserve this ancient monument, only a limited number of events can be held each year. Anyone wishing to hold an event at the castle must complete an application form and submit it by 30 September for any event(s) taking place in the following year.
